EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

In order to avoid possible misunderstandings with customers of www.martiandmax.com if they are new users of the brand, we suggest that prior to purchase.

The customer has a return period of 8 business days from the date on which the carrier delivers the order to the address provided in the purchase. The customer must notify about the return before the 8 business days are completed via email: nancy@rejuvenol.com.

The return shipment can be made by any method and the associated costs will be assumed by the buyer.

The shipping date recorded on the return label must not exceed 8 business days from the date of initial receipt.

Please note that promotional or discounted products are non-exchangeable.

In some cases, special conditions will apply depending on the promotion or activity on which you are buying them.

Requirements:

In order to exchange or return the product, the same packaging in which the order was delivered must be used and be accompanied by the respective purchase invoice.

The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without signs of having been used.

Once the product is received at Rejuvenol, the conditions of the product will be verified and according to the results, a new product will be sent or a voucher for a new purchase will be given to you.

The customer can choose between the following options:

  • Product exchange: Subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange. Exchanges can only be made for products with equal or lesser value than the original and for difference if applicable, will be delivered in a voucher for a new purchase in rejuvenol.com. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.
  • Voucher for a new purchase: this voucher is valid for twelve months from the date of creation.
  • Money refund: Only in exceptional cases due to product quality. Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the refund will be made via wire transfer or to your credit card. Partial refunds will be processed by wire transfer.

Times for changes:

These are the times for each of the options:

  • Exchanges will be shipped approximately 2 business days after the product is received in the warehouse, as long as the customer is clear about which product he/she wants the exchange, and the same times as a regular delivery will apply.
  • The voucher for a new purchase will be sent approximately 2 working days after the product is received in the warehouse.
  • Money refund: Through electronic transfer, the process can take from 3 to 5 business days. The refund to your credit card may take up to 30 business days, this time is estimated and is subject to the internal process of the bank issuing the card. Rejuvenol will not be responsible for deductions or withholdings of money for services that the financial institution may apply.

After receiving the product in our warehouse, we will send you a refund request form for you to fill out, once we confirm the receipt of this form, the time for your refund will begin to count.

Clarification:

In case the product does not meet the conditions to accept the return. We will inform you with a message to your email the reason why the exchange and / or warranty does not proceed and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
